Key International and 13th Floor Investments plan to build 330 condo units in The Harbour in North Miami Beach.
The development team of Key International and 13th Floor Investments unveiled the new project, to be named The Harbour, a 330-unit condominium project in North Miami Beach.

The Miami-based developer are seeking approval for the two 26-story towers and a marina at 16385 Biscayne Blvd. The 4.5-acre site is currently owned by Southern Homes affiliate Blue Palms Development, which acquired it for $3.7 million in 2004.

Key International and 13th Floor Investments said they have a binding contract to purchase the property.

The project will be designed by Corwill Architects with interior design by Toronto-based The Design Agency. A water club is the special feature of the property, offering water sports activities, a spa, a social lounge, a fitness club, a multi-level breezeway lobby, indoor fountains and an infinity pool.

Units will range from one bedroom/1,032 square feet to three bedrooms/ 2,442 square feet. Prices will start at $500,000’s.
